  Hi La Joyce, I'm looking in essentially every area in NJ - if there's a good deal, I'd like to hear about it. I'd ideally like pre-lists of forecosures, distressed properties, probate properties, houses with fire damage, and anything priced well under market value. We buy cash and can close quickly, within a week if need be. I'd like 3/2s but if the houses are bigger that would be fine too :)
