    We are now friends on this site. It was great meeting you yesterday at the short sale property. The property has great potential and the mere fact it is only 15 mins out of downtown philly. Wow, I don't think it will be a problem in getting this property sold.

    Nick, that's awesome! Mind e-mailing me his/her name? I'm still waiting for the "2" initial charges by the company to verify the credit card. I reposted the position last night a bit past midnight and ended up with 15 bids. I'm just waiting for those 2 charges to verify the credit card and I have a pretty good idea of which candidates to go with.
