    It was great talking with you Richard. If your investor is interested he can meet me tomorrow at the property. I will be there at 11:00 AM. Also, I will let you know by end of week about the other property. I have several coming my way in the Bergen County area. Me and my partner focus mainly on Location, Location, Location and of course discounts.LOL
