  • Yes, I do want to learn more not just because of the money to be made but just to see vacant properties sitting for years, not months, and no one knows what to do about it. Sometimes I feel like an "un-appointed" advocated for my neighborhood. I can count at least 6-7 properties that I can walk to within 15 minutes from my apartment. I look online to see who owns what, ask people on the block, go to the Department of Buildings, whatever works. I have been getting better with my searching and may have found some diamonds in the rough. I do need some help with the legalities and understanding the complexities of NYC. Basically I know I can help others as well as make a living investing in such properties just don't where to go from here.

"I've seen good deals get snatched up within 2-3 DOM. Competition is fierce and when an investor realizes there's a good deal on the market, they jump on it."

"Per my last post, did you look at the pics in my profile? There's about 25 more pics of the inside and outside.  From what I see, TSM doesn't allow me to post more than 3 pics in the thread unless I'm missing something."
