If you were drop X,000 Yellow Letters & Postcards every month for three months straight, where would you? This would be for wholesaling.Any towns that are in a transition period? You know lots of re-habbing going on, but not saturated.

Yes, my numbers were not far off from Randy's from what he tells me. I will let you know the next time I go out to the property as well.
So far so good on the rehab. I just went under contract yesterday. Now I am doing my due diligence and getting my funding together. I'll let you know how it all turns out as I progress.
