  I am doing well Thank you for asking. By the way Great Baby picture! I have been in the business going on 5 years I have done 28 flips last year and I do project Management on these flips for my Investors these I am direct too. I also have buyers that I am direct too and some I am the IM (Middleman) My clients do not like the daisy chain and have cash and proof to show they are real.
