we could get them the monies in two weeks or less. Would need proof that they are putting approxiamtely $40,000 into the deal. We get first lien on the property.
Are there any comps for the area?
We would charge $1,000 up front for finder's fee, borrower to pay all associated closing costs (we do not hit anyone for ridiculous fees - just normal legal fees for putting together mortgage and note) and 15% interest for 2 years, prepayment is minimum of 6 months of interest to be paid on loan.
