Not sure if this is a discussion or not, but I would like to be in contact with a few personal lenders to assist with my buyers if the situation arises.

Currently, my middle aged buyers need $15,000-20,000, to help them close on a property.  They can show proof of stable, employment and have very low debt to income ratio.  Time is of the essence, and everything happens for a reason, so if its there, great...if not, I will move them on. Thanks so much!! Feel free to give me a call at 609-350-0096

How do I get ahold of you to discuss this further.  I have an outlet or two.

    Thanks,

Hi Joel, they are looking to get out of their townhouse and downsize into a manufactured in which they can maintain on one income.    This one is actually in a pretty nice community.  They have 40 grand cash saved up but need 10,000-15,000 more.  What kind of interest rate would you offer them, I know you need to make something off the deal.  We tried to have the seller hold the note, but she said NO.  Thanks, the property is still available, let me know!

Are they putting cash into the deal?

Can youy give me a generic example of the situation that we would consider lending to?

    Thanks,

  • Hi Joel, wondering if my last message got to you.  Requested you as a friend so we can message instead...  Thanks!
