Buyer in Absecon in need of cash funding 260k. Willing to pay 9%

I have a buyer with excellent income and long job history. He cannot get funding because he was forced into short sale because of a divorce situation... NOT because he could not pay his mortgage.  Please let me know if anyone is interested or if you know anyone who will lend for him. Another option... Anyone to buy it and rent to him... Or arrange a rent to own situation  please call me @ 6093500096. The home is located outside Atlantic city in a small shore town of Absecon. 4bd 2.5 baths, finished basement. Only 5 years old.
