I am seeking anyone who had bought Rich Dad program/coaching service. If you or you know someone who has deal with them, I would appreciate for the connection. Thank you!

I agree with Milind that you should go to a REIA first and few times and see who you meet there. Also read as many re investing books you can just so you start getting the fundamental knowledge of strategies, etc and open your mindset. I wouldn't say never join any program, but after going to meetings (not just REIA - go to meetup.com and search real estate investing... go to some of those too) and networking, you will hear about other coaching programs with people who are actually in your market and are close knit... I do reccommend one of those. They will be waaaay cheaper than rich dad and its not someone in the midwest who's shocked that a condo can cost $500k lol
I'm at a stage right before signing up with their coaching program. They guaranteed that I will be having my first prorperty within a year, is this true?
I see many comments that REIA help as much or even more than the coaching program.. do you think its good idea to invest the money and learn from Rich Dad since I have like "0" experience in REI or should I still join REIA and learn from scratch there?
Sorry if I'm asking a repetitive question but I feel like I can't find (or don't know where to find) the right help/mentor/education that I may need through a group/REIA that everyone is recommending. Any specific recommendations near NYC area or maybe even in Albany area? (I'll be here until May and come back to NYC for good).
I had bad experience with these guys as they promise a lot and deliver nothing and their mentors is from different place so they don’t have any idea or experience of your local real estate so please find local mentor and work with him or her

I am currently doing the program and coaching. Coaching is not that good (at least for me): it is only once a week and if you read books, you already know what they are teaching you. The coaching is mainly trying to change your mind set.
Rich Dad Education program I think is much more in depth, you learn many new techniques and strategies. Aslo you network with similar people. So that when you want a moral boost, you see how the other people in your classes are doing as you both will probably be starting at a similar level. Aslo they are partnering with REIblackbook.com it is a nice website for real estate analysis/networking/marketing.
Furthermore, I would advice you to join one of the REIAs because they have some good speakers, it is good for networking plus if it is part of national REIA, you get quite a bit of discount on different things.
I have experience with the training and did learned a lot from them. I believe it is a very good program if you execute what they teach. Although the education is pretty pricey, but I believe it is worth it because you have shortened the learning time frame. If you execute one of the method they teach, e.g. LO to purchase, then you might get your return in just one deal. Just my 2 cents.

Im currently taking the course as well. Im learning a lot but finding it hard to keep up with the work every week. I am enjoying the program, but wish it was more of a one on one (since they initially made it seem that the course was going to be that way). Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hi Richard,
Please search on Google for REIA near you and just start going there and let them know why did you join
the club and you will find mentor there but dont spent money on any programs.
