The reason why I reiterate "future" is because I am in my last year in college and I want to learn about Real Estate Investment. And I read one of Nick Tang's post that following up with nearby REIA is the best way to learn. I may be young and novice at REI right now, but in few years - I think I can be a mutual beneficial network for anyone in the REIA.
