  • Awesome Nicole! This is my number (732) 603-1077. You can call me after 9pm, or if this doesn't work, you can reach me anytime after 12pm Mon - Sat. Thanks again :)

  • Hi Nicole. Thank you for accepting me as your friend. I had the pleasure of first meeting you, so to speak, through reia blackbook with Richdad. I'm not sure if you're still a part of it but I am in one of the groups with you, I just don't remember the name of it right now..smh. I'm here in Brooklyn, NY and I'm trying to now really focus on real estate. So, hello again, and I look forward to speaking with you. Hopefully I can pick your brain on some things since I do know you have more experience than I do way more...lol. Take care and hope to chat with you soon.

  • Hello Nicole. Thank you very much for the recommendation. I appreciate it.

    All the best,
    Corinne

Nicole Dunlap replied to Jessica Liu's discussion Anyone (or know people) had experience with Rich Dad program/coaching service?
"Richard,
I agree with Milind that you should go to a REIA first and few times and see who you meet there.  Also read as many re investing books you can just so you start getting the fundamental knowledge of strategies, etc and open your mindset. …"

"Hey Courtney!
Yeah I've heard this too... But I heard more specifically that it's if you're closing deals in your own name and re-selling them under a year.  As a wholesaler we would normally be assigning the contract and therefore never closing…"
