Read more…I have a lead on a good deal in Jersey City that will have to be done as a short-sale. The property has two leaking oil tanks! I'm looking to outsource the entire short-sale process to someone who is already great at it.I have the exit strategies lined up already for the property, so managing the short-sale is all you would need to do.
