Opportunity For Someone With Short Sale Expertise

I have a lead on a good deal in Jersey City that will have to be done as a short-sale. The property has two leaking oil tanks! I'm looking to outsource the entire short-sale process to someone who is already great at it.

I have the exit strategies lined up already for the property, so managing the short-sale is all you would need to do. Please let me know if interested and we will discuss profit split.

    I apologize. This deal isn't going to work as a short-sale. The owner doesn't want the credit rating hit.
