AREA OF KNOWLEDGE; Second generation Builder/Remodeler. I've been in my own full time General Construction business since 1975. Specializing in institutional, industrial, residential, commercial projects. I have always been directly involved in all facets of estimating, ordering material, public bidding, construction scheduling, negotiations, submittals, specs, scheduling, resource management, site inspections, general business management sales promotions. Project management professional with 35+ years of experience. I'm skilled in the construction of custom stick built homes, modular homes, panelized homes and building with a strong emphasis in coordinating all tradesmen. Obtaining all permits that are needed and working towards a final completion. I have successfully built and/or managed all trades in the construction and/or renovation of many residential (custom homes, additions, etc.) and commercial (restaurants, office builds, apartment complexes, etc.) projects. Currently I am in the process of writing a How-To Manual for the real estate investor and/or homeowner. It'll help screen and hire honest, skilled home improvement professionals, spot and eliminate "bad apples" BEFORE you sign anything. Make the bidding process work for you, negotiate effectively, get all the necessary details in writing, with an easy-to-use chart for estimating labor and materials, understanding plans and specifications, how to write alternate Payment Schedules. Make sound on-the-spot decisions, keep your contractor on the straight and narrow (On Time and On Budget), create a Punch List, and how to be your own contractor and save 20%+. it will encompass my vast experience of managing construction projects and design process. Soon, I'll be offering training seminars in construction project management for both the beginner and seasoned real estate investor.

We are currently finishing up a project in Chester, PA. A series of small homes but it looks good for my portfolio. I will be in New York for the workshop on the 26th, hopefully, I will see you there.

I saw you picture at the Indoor go-karting track. If you want to try out a race kart, let me know. I run a medium HP Intrepid Silverstone kart at Englishtown and Oakland Valley NY. Also have one for my 13 daughter.
