    My apologies for getting back to you over some SERIOUS amount of time.     I actually have a great realtor in that area and own two duplexes myself in the area- it's been a hotspot for 8 yrs now lol. I know the area really well- my alma mater :) As for central jersey, I'm from Middlesex county and have a ton of family there looking out for things for me there- If I come across anything, I'll contact you. Are you looking to purchase with cash? what is your range? how do you want things presented to you? How do you plan to operate as far as assignment or bird dog fees are concerned? I have alot of questions about you and your team- let me know about you when you get the chance.
