What I have to offer is... (be specific)

I am work in clinical research for a major pharmaceutical company. Also, I am a part time real estate agent, currently on re-ferral because I am more so interested in starting an investment portfolio. My main goal is to exit the rat race. I've had enough of this.


What I am looking for is... (be specific)

I am interested in netoworking with other real estate investors to 1) learn the wholesaling process and eventually other real estate investing strategies and 2) exchange ideas with other investors and possibly partner with other investors.
