I'm a branding and online marketing specialist, who consults small to medium size businesses in constructing their personalized message and providing a full service from conception of brand to web development of the final product. In addition, I'm a licensed real estate agent in NY, and I have some experience in buying, renovating, and selling single family & multi-units in PA about six years ago.

I'm looking for opportunities to invest for cash flow and appreciations to generate a monthly passive income. I would love to learn different aspects of real estate that's not often seen by the general public. My goal is to have the means to retire after generating 10k/month in passive income, and devoting 6 months to a year in giving back towards the areas of education and youth. Also, it would allow me time to plan the next phase of my professional life.
