  Eric... I found out that the homeowners in Elizabeth were/are in "underwater" so, I put on my cape and flew down there.  It's not my usual hangout areas however, I'm in hopes of helping the homeowners and the bank.  I'm waiting to see if the banks will be more reasonable.  While I do not know that many buyers that purchase in the Elizabeth area, I'm in hopes of finding more by the time the bank is ready to play fair.  As soon as I hear of good news, I'll share. :)
