I am great at structuring financial transactions, i.e. financial modeling of apartment building transactions, strip mall. I am capable of modeling on the buy side as well as the sell side. I have contacts for EVERYTHING. I have managed a small private equity company as well as owned a mortgage company.

To purchase some commercial real estate, i.e. - strip mall, apartment building etc. I prefer value add situations or wholesale deals but, love to look at all deals. I am always looking for strategic partners.
