Types of roof, common problems

Randy,

What are the common types of roofs used in NJ? Is it asphalt? Are there other types?

How do we look for problems there? Not sure, or I don't remember if we already went through this at the Arlington house today.

    no we didn't go over this yet, so u didn't miss it. there are flat roofs and pitched roofs. Arlington has a flat roof and a real small section in the front that's a pitched roof. we r going to go over this on another house we go see and we can even safely walk on the roof so u can see things up close.
