  Can you give me income and expense figures for the property for 2010?

   

  What is the layout of the building, 4 units - they are 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, etc....

   

  What expenses does landlord pay and how much are they?

   

  How old is roof?  Hot water heaters? furnaces?
