  Yes, how are you doing? Did that house sale? I am buying a one family in East Orange that is a nightmare.  I should have closed in April and here we are in July.  It is a short sale.  Right now I am looking for a good deal in the Middlesex County Area (Piscataway, Old Bridge, Woodbridge, Edison, Metuchen) something I can do a little rehab then sale.  I already have buyers on my list.  I would have to do a lease option until I can assist them with there credit.
