Skilled and certified in various aspects of construction. I am currently a certified Steamfitter/Welder with 12 years in the mechanical field. I have 9 years as a plumber. I have done masonry work, painting, Sheetrock and taping. Started with my grandfather at a young age installing and refinishing wood floors. I’ve recently renovated one of my apartments installed new molding, new flooring, back splash, new appliances did a little sheet rocking, taping and painting. Over the course of two months. Time wise it took 2 weeks. Currently I install boilers, air handlers, chillers, heat exchangers, pumps, mini split systems, v.a.v's, f.c.u's, cabinet unit heaters, weld carbon and stainless steel. Boiler and water heater repair. Various certifications over my 20+ years.
