Good to meet you. Well to be honest I am new to this but by looking at the comps on Zillow in NJ I am seeing some real good wholesale numbers. RIght now I am really trying to understand what the numbers are and in NY the wholesale numbers are different but there is still potential either way. So I guess my answer is in NY and NJ. What areas do you operate in?
