I am looking to connect with like-minded and career similar individuals to help out and be helped out in this business. Perhaps I will have a property that someone would be interested in rehabbing, if I do not want too. Or maybe Someone else has a wholesale property I would be interested in. Hope all is well. I too am an investor and rehabber. I live in the Philadelphia area. If you ever consider investing outside the New Jersey / New York areas, please contact me, as I am looking for equity partners.
