I am in real estate NYC, and have much market knowledge. I have many contacts and clients who that are looking to invest in NYC but the inventory is pretty low. I would like to be an investor as well as service my clients the knowledge I would gain from this group.

I am looking to gain knowledge in investing in the tristate areas and would like to eventually be an investor in either single or multi-family homes in Philadelphia, all parts of NJ, Westchester, Upper Manhattan and Brooklyn.
