W are not your typical mortgage bankers, we are a specialized independent mortgage banker, we do only mortgages and we do them extremely well. We don’t cherry pick only the A+ borrowers like your typical retail bank. They all say they don’t but if they took on all borrowers like we do there wouldn’t be a need for us. We can also close in 15 days or less with cooperation from all parties involved. We do the loans nobody wants like the $50,000 multi family investment property loan in a less then desirable neighborhood to the $3 million loan on a condo over looking the manhattan skyline. We deal with the guys and gals buying those homes that have tons of cash to put down and we deal with the young guy or gal who just got out of school and is scraping together a gift from mom, dad or another relative to make as little as possible down payment…..we do 100% financing….yeah 100% financing and not just VA and USDA 100% financing. We have several options. We work with good credit, bad credit and even no credit. If there is a way to get the deal done we will do it! Last thing, we are also small and nimble enough to beat those retail banks on rates and fees…..I will make nothing or even lose money to close your deal, I’ve done it before and I will do it again.
