What is holding you back?

Just curious to see what people feel is holding them back from where they want to be. If your exactly where you want to be and want to settle there thats fine. If not, lets hear it from our seasoned investors, new investors, realtors, etc.

    Looking for partners for multifamilies.  I did a deal in Houston in September (high cash flow, high cap) with an equity partner, and would like to do more.
