I have the same question with you. I contacted Noble Title today as recommended in somewhere in other discussions, but the agent said they are not doing double closing nor assignment right now since underwriters do not allow it, I am not exactly sure what is going on though.
Any recommendation or referral for title companies who can close double closing and assignment (hopefully they can handle seller finance deals and lease options) would be greatly appreciated.
