I have two properties off MLS in Temple 5 unit 40k but nego  and 6 unit apt (shell) Serious Buyer only. These wont last. I can show them Sunday Morning. or Monday.

Sorry I didn't get to you today it was along day with meeting and clients. The temple student housing the two properties I was told they sold the money fell through.. They are now available OFF MLS

Broad st building is 85k. It's a legally zoned Triplex. Seller has plans to make it a 6 unit. Its a shell that needs full rehab.

 

Indiana is 35k. Its a 5 bedroom house that needs a full rehab. That can be made into student housing.

These are gone already. However I have an equilty investment in Temple building 5 units with 5 floors 1 & 2 bd's with a starbucks and a cozy's on the bottom. Would you be interested? Thanks

Hi Carol.  I just showed a friend of mine in Philly market a property a bit away from temple.  He is interested in Temple housing play.
