I am an Investor in Central NJ and am hoping someone can recommend a good 'investor friendly' Attorney. I having been doing short sales for past 7 years but the increase in deed restrictions is really making this profit center difficult. I am divesting more of my business into wholesaling and quick fixer uppers so I now need a seasoned Attorney that can handle double-closes, assignments and LLC Buyouts. I have a good title company but I just need a good creative 'REI friendly' Attorney to complete my Team.
Thanks- John

John-
I asked the attorney I used for some real estate transactions if your request falls into his realm of experience, and here is his reply.
Walter
Hi Walter,
That is my primary practice area: distressed asset acquisition and sales. Most of my clients are investors and repeat clients. Two of my regular investor clients have office space in my office. My office is in Somerset, which is central NJ.
Please pass on my information below to him.

Walter:
Thanks so much for your reply. I saw the response from your Attorney and it sounds like what I am looking for. Can you tell me what he charges to do closings. Also, do you know if he has any transactional funding contacts.
Thanks so much,
John
John-
I don't know what he charges for a closing, that you will have to ask him. Since I am up here in northwestern NJ [Sussex County], I do use another attorney for closings. Raj is who I use for the times [unfortunately] that I have to evict a tenant, and the things related to that. I will say that he is very reasonable in this and would presume also in other areas. He has been a tremendous help to me, and I value him as a friend. Please just give him a call and talk over what you need.
Walter
Walter,
I will definitely give him a call, likely this week. Again, thanks so much for your help!
John
That's why we're all friends here John!
