Hello All!

Has anyone had any interaction with Has anyone dealt with Mark Walters cashflowinstitute? Any feedback?  I get a daily email and some of the items are interesting, but wondered if anyone has followed any of his advice.  Thanks!

    The only thing I can tell you is you can easily get overwhelmed with systems. Do your research, keep it simple, and build on sound business practices. Believe me when I tell you , I am well versed in most systems out there. Nothing beats a phone and a laptop, in my opinion.  Just keep it simple, there is no quick way to make a profit in RE.

      BTW-I didn't ask before I replied to your GC question, what area is the work in.  I gave you 3 names but probably depends on where the job sites are.
