Looking for the partner to do lease options

Hello,

Im looking to do lease options. I read a lot of training material on the subject and ready to get started.

I live on Long Island and thinking to do lease options there  and open to other areas.

I need a partner to bounce ideas of each other and help each other through the process. If the partner is experieced it's a definite plus !
