Jersey City/Hoboken by a PATH station

My son and friends are looking for a 5 bedroom [possibly 4br] near a Path station to rent starting no later than July 1st [current lease in NYC ends 6/30].  So;

a-Anyone have anything?
b-What MLS covers this area?
c-Any suggestions?

As an alternate, will take a safe area of Manhattan.

    Hudson County HAS IT'S OWN MLS.  I think it's called "Liberty MLS".
