I am looking for commercial deals:
ALL commerical types of properties including in New Jersey, Florida and New York specifically in Manhattan. I have a special interest in Commercial Residential of over 5 units (my preference is over 20 units), commercial strip centers of any size, retail, industrial (including storage and flex space) and mobile home parks. One catch...I usually stay out of inner city areas (in NJ ..like Newark and Oranges)only because I don't know them well. I will look at them though especially if they are larger apartment buildings.
I prefer that the referring source is a wholesaler and / or knows the seller. It just makes it easier.
As far as single family residential properties, I would be very interested in any homes in Monmouth or Ocean or Morris counties in New Jersey.
I dont mean to be vague but, if you have a deal, run it by me. I don't have specific criteria and historicially, I have done rehabs, been a landlord, bought for upside potential and I have just purchased stuff that was performing nicely.
