Home Warranty

My agent used to be with C21 but they switched to Prudential.  C21 offered a one year 'home warranty' that covered the whole house for a few hundred dollars-like the NJ state one's coverage-not just appliances like I am finding on line.  Anyone know of company that offers these policies?

    Hi Walter,

    Try American Home Shield (AHS), they cover single family homes for the buyer, (premium paid at closing) for $435.  That is what they call their 'core' coverage plan.  You can add coverage for other items with different upgraded packages.  You can get more info by calling 800-735-4663.
