As metioned i will be out of town this weekend (Saturday 11/17 and Sunday 11/18), so i am confirming now that there will be no class this weekend.
We can aime for next Tuesday as a make up day, but since we spoke about what everyone really wants, i have to put in a little different type of effort to line up some potential deals for you guys to take down if interested. Since this was not the original scope for the class, i have to find time to do more work as a prep for the class, so patience will be required
If any of you come across a deal you think should be looked at, please shoot me an email. One of the things that we need to discuss is what kind of deal are you looking for. I know most of you are looking for buy and hold, but a problem is that not everyone is going to hold the same property. Which leaves us to who is buying and how involved is everyone else, if at all other than an exercise experiment which is in itself still a good thing as a preperation to when they take on their next real deal.
Either way, let me know if you have something that we should look into and communicate so we can coordinate an inspection and evaluation process. If all is good, we will get some contractors out to start giving us some quotes

also, i added the NJMLS to your access. This is the main MLS for Bergen county, but does stretch over into some other sourrounding counties.
