What I have to offer is... (be specific)

Own a 2 family house. Can search and analyse small properties to see if it can produce good returns for the investor. Have bot, fixed and sold HUD homes in Philadelphia. Can find homes with valuable deficiencies in the right locations that are in the path of growth.


What I am looking for is... (be specific)

Like to learn and invest in multifamily apts as part of an investor group. Take the property tour. Learn from success stories. Buy foreclosed homes and bank REO's. Willing to do research and contribute.
