    What part of South Jersey are you in?  I am a Realtor®, Investor & Certified 'Green' HEC.  My objective is find as many properties to buy or market 'for sale' as possible.  I do specialize in short sale and distressed properties.  If we can work together in some capacity that would be great.  Maybe I will see you tonight at this meeting.
