My expenience includes working as a controller for a real estate investment company for 16 years...anaylzing deals and the accounting of the finances. I have purchased, renovated and flipped / rental my own properties. I have a NJ / NY real estate license. I'm dedicated and a go-getter.

I am looking to work with investors that want to find properties...be it distressed / foreclosure / short sale to renovate and flip or hold and rent. I will do all the leg work and present these properties to the investor(s).
