I am looking for Wholesalers who need funds to double close. This method is used instead of assigning when you have a more than 10% profit spread and don't want to reveal the profit to your Seller. I also work with Real Estate Investors who need hard money loans. Either with zero experience flipping or to very experienced! FixNFlip, Rental, BRRR, New Construction, and Refinancing.
