I'm a very posative person. I'm energetic, motivated, creative and driven to succeed. My wife and I are in this together. We've both been successful in the entertainment industry. I have been the Automation Carpenter (make scenery move through computer control) for the national tour of Disney's The Lion King for the past eight years. It's the largest touring Broadway musical in the world. We've spent the last seven months elevating our financial and real estate knowledge through education and coaching. We own two rental properties in Vegas which, unfortunately, are upside down. Instead of walking away from them as so many have done, we plan on aquiring properties that yeild posative cashflow. We can offer our experiences - our trials and tribulations thus far. But as we are relatively new at the real estate investment business, we probably have more to gain from this club than we have to offer at this point. That being said, we hope that in the very near future we can offer our posative experiences and act to help guide and mentor others trying to make it in this field.

What I am looking for is... (be specific)

I'm looking to meet, talk with, and basically surround myself with like minded people. People that are in the business of finding and aquiring properties that cash flow as a means of building wealth. Idealy, people who can honestly say they enjoy the process and have fun doing it. In the immediate, I'm looking for someone who can suggest or put me in touch with a realtor they're happy with who is themself an investor.
