Hi Ruchik,
I am still working on my 1st deal and at this point looking for details on funding any deals that may come my way.
I am looking for either bridge financing to perform double close type transactions either short term or longer term, depending on whether its a Straight Option or Lease Option (2 years or more).
Or transactional funding and qualification parameters for single family homes, small multi family 1-4 units, and I would like to also move into apartments deals along the way, on a national level most likely.
