Great Deals on 1-4 unit fix and hold properties in Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Mercer Counties. I am looking to share my contacts and continue to build on a network of real estate related business people. I am in year 2 of a written 5 year plan and at this stage of the game I am looking to increase my portfollio of rental property. I am looking for a balance of property that have good cashflow and some that cashflow enough to cover costs but have great upside potential. I am doing this by raising capital through renovation projects and partnerships but will consider all reasonalble and legitimate options. I could use short term funding sources (1-2 years) to purchase buy fix and hold properties. I am willing to share my knowledge and experience in a partnership with someone who does not share my level of experience but realizes that real estate investing is something they want in on.
