I am looking to grow in the real estate investing business and the best way to do this is to learn from the professionals. I want to flip properties and buy and hold for cash flow. I would like to work with a partner. My goal is to go full time in real estate investing. In order to do this I need to have a steady cash flow coming in to replace my monthly income.
