I am a new real estate investor, having taken some Rich Dad education courses in the early Spring (Wholesaling and Lease Options). I have also attended Glen Galucci's real estate bus tour, which I learned about at the TriState Mixer in the Marriott Marquis, and found it to be very valuable.
