I am a former realtor with Weichert Realtors. For the past two months I've been marketing for a lucrative investment firm but im yet to see any mula. I am a dynamic, motivated, driven and determined individual that's looking to network with like minded people who already invests in real estate. I'm willing to learn how to acquire funds to grasp deals. As well as learning everything real estate entales on the investment side. I'm interested in Whole-saling, fix and flips, cash flow deals, short sales, foreclosures, lease options and sandwich leases. These are the type of deals I am seeking to specialize in. Once I close on enough properties I will be purchasing my very first deal to call my own. So in the near future I plan to create employment in the real estate industry and fashion and entertainment industry's. I'm looking to surround myself with individuals of high standards and big dreams. Where we can work together maybe build some teams and help others to become successful like ourselves.
