If there’s one thing we all need, it’s a place to call home. Whether the economy is “good” or “bad”, if you’re in the real estate business, you know there will be always customer available. Some people buy real estate in a slow market as an investment, or for retirement. As the Baby Boomers age, a large number of people will want to downsize a smaller home, or move to a different type of community.

What do they all have in common? The need for an experience real estate professional to guide their choices and assit with the complex tasks that buying and selling property entail. That’s where real estate signs come in.

From stock real estate signs to yard signs to commercial real estate signs, the right solution will help you dominate your market.

Say you’re holding an open house, or a contract is pending. A sturdy, weather-resistant real estate yard signtells the world the house is in good hands. And a custom sign rider, made with durable corrugated plastic printed with permanent ink or digital vinyl, personalizes a stock real estate sign with your contact information.

If you buy or sell commercial real estate, consider MDO, or multiple density overlay. These construction signs offer long-lasting durability, making them one of the most cost-effective signage solutions. Commercial real estate signs are made of pressure-treated plywood, overlaid with vinyl graphics, which means they’ll carry your message clearly, over the long term.

So whether you’re helping a client find their dream retirement cottage – or sell a home to relocate – keep the “real” in real estate, with attractive, personalized signage that puts your properties first in their mind. Because there really is no place like home.

You know the drill: you’ve looked everywhere for that scrap of paper where you jotted down an all-important phone number. If only you’d programmed it into your phone. Oh, how frustrating…

Not if you have a business card magnet

Business car magnets are perfect for home or office. Your customers will probably stick the magnet on their refrigerator door, which means when it’s time to call the realtor,  your contact information is right there.

Business card magnets also serve as a reminder to use your service. Your potential customer might be stuck on the exact name of your company, yet be thinking, “Gee, it would be great to see if that amazing realtor I ran into could help me find a place, they seemed to really know the area I was looking at.” On the other hand, if there’s a business card magnet on the fridge or filing cabinet, they’ll be on the phone with you, pronto.

And Business car magnets go hand-in-glove with printed business cards. These days, when websites are becoming as de rigeur as cell phones, it’s easy to overlook a paper promotional product. Yet the best way to help someone you meet at a networking event remember your website is to give them a business card.

While some companies offer standard business card templates, our business card are custom designed, so your card will be as unique as your company. Why blend in when it’s much more beneficial to stand out?

So get your customized business cards and business card magnets- and get more business!

Have your ever walked by a real estate yard sign and completely overlooked it because you couldn’t read what it said? All of us have done it, and you think to yourself, “Why even have the sign up?” Color combinations are a large portion of what can make your yard signs, sign riders, spinner signs, and banners valuable. Even though the rainbow is beautiful and has all the colors under the sun, one should not think that their sign should appear as a rainbow.  Below we have color combinations that will make your customers stop and read and others that will have them just walking on past.

Good:

  • Blue and yellow on white material
  • Red and blue ink together
  • One single ink color on white material
  • Good Primary Ink colors: Navy Blue, Blue, Forest Green, Green, Burn Orange, Orange, Red, Maroon, Purple, Brown, Black
  • Good Contrast Ink colors: light blue, teal, light green, yellow, pink, grey, white (only an ink color on yellow material. Doesn’t cost extra on white material)

Bad:

  • Pink on yellow material
  • Light green on yellow material
  • Purple on yellow material
  • Navy Blue on Black inks on any material
  • Purple on Black inks on any material
  • Forest green on black inks
  • Light blue as primary ink color (supposed to be a contrast color)

Preparing for Storm Season

While you can't prevent Nature from conducting her own version of spring-cleaning, you can take steps to prepare for a less hazardous storm season. As any lawn care company, roofing contractor or window replacement business owner worth their salt will tell you, this is the time for The Weight. No, not the famous song by The Band, but the concept: storm season means you need to get heavy, man.

Here are some smart ways to weight your signage:

• Stake out. You don't need police for this, just Heavy Duty H wires. Made out of one-quarter inch steel with a 9-gauge top goal post, our stakes are built for repeated use and perfect for harsh environments. Not even the Man of Steel (Superman) would want to mess with these heavy-duty wires!

• Bungee cords. They're good for more than strapping extra luggage on your car roof! Once you've designed a beautiful vinyl banner with your company's message, use these Fibertex stretchable cords to anchor it in place. When the wind whistles fiercely through your neighborhood, our bungee cords will prevent it from tearing out your grommets.

• Reinforced vinyl banners. Be sure to order the weightier, extra-tough, reinforced vinyl banners with wind slits, made for those days when "weather" is a four-letter word.

• Aluminum signs. Let the storms test your mettle — you'll be more than equal to whatever Mother Nature dishes out with our rugged aluminum signs, made from high quality .040 gauge aluminum and built to last for years.

Signage is the one place where extra weight is a boon. So get heavy, and you'll be ready for whatever the weather brings. May the Force be with you!
