I am a franchise owner and area developer for Liberty Tax in Manhattan, the Bronx, Westhchester, Dutchess and Putnam counties. I am the owner and broker of record of (www.BetterRateInsurance.com) which focuses on homeowners and commercial insurance policies in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

I am always looking for good deals to buy and/or partner on. I focus on multi-family and mixed use. I will consider 1-2 unit properties only on a case by case basis, I prefer the bigger stuff.
